International human rights law is, by far, one of the main concerns of the people. They want to live in a world where they know that their human rights are being met no matter what part of the land they decide to step foot onto. Human rights are the most revered aspect that one can ever be privy to, so it is important to know that these human rights are recognized internationally. There are treaties that are in place to see to it that the international human rights law stays preserved and practiced by the nations involved. These human rights laws that have been implemented internationally have guidelines to which it is imperative that are being followed. If you do not follow the terms and conditions of the international human rights law, there is going to be consequences that will result out of those adverse actions. You may feel the command hand of the international human rights law on several different levels. Violations of these human rights laws will be dealt with accordingly by the national legal system, a regional governing force, or at the international chain of command. Either way, these human rights violations will be addressed by one or more governing force. It is important to note that although there may not be an international human rights law that speaks to every human rights violation, it goes without saying, that certain actions should not be taken, or you may be subject to punishment, as well. There are even instances where the a human rights violation may not be able to be justly dealt with on a domestic level, so it may be dealt with on an international level and evaluated based on the international human rights law that has been set in place.

1. One of the things that are covered under the sanctions and guidelines of international human rights law is the violations that result out of war crimes. One of the worst human rights violations that anyone can carry out while fighting a war is to kill any of the innocent civilians. In addition, slave labor camps are a huge violation of the international human rights law. It is even stated that violation in terms of a war crime can be committed if you kill or brutally torture any of the hostages that your division has in custody.

2. Another major violation of international human rights law is genocide. Genocide is the act of deliberately executing people because they are of a particular ethnic background, or home origin, or belong to a certain group. It is a major human rights violation to execute someone in this manner. If not right a way, those that have initiated this plan are usually subjected to the consequences of international human rights law at some point or another.
